A Dunbar man is under arrest for punching the owner of West Virginia Auto Care, and injuring an officer in during a fight. When officers responded, 32-year-old Juriah Roncal refused to follow orders and walked away. An officer grabbed him by the arm and the man started fighting with the patrolman.
