West Virginia State Police are investigating after a young girl reportedly drowned at a pool located at the Chief Logan Lodge Saturday. Investigators said a 4-year-old was found unconscious and unresponsive in a recreational pool at a family gathering. State Police said the girl was taken to the Logan Regional Medical Center by ambulance where she was pronounced dead. An autopsy was scheduled at the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Charleston as part of an ongoing investigation.
