The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office deployed a SWAT Team to assist U.S. Marshals in apprehending a fugitive Wednesday morning. Aaron Jimmie Urban of Clendenin taken into custody Wednesday morning at a home on Sears Farm Road. The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office said Urban failed to appear in Kanawha County Circuit Court earlier this year on a felony indictment for armed robbery and fleeing with reckless indifference. Deputies said Urban is accused of entering a 7-Eleven store, robbing the clerk at gunpoint and leading law enforcement on a high-speed chase.
