A man is awaiting sentencing after being found guilty of shooting and killing a man at a Huntington bar in 2018. Daniel Battle was found guilty of first-degree murder in Cabell County Circuit Court, in the death of Brent Jackson, who died on Feb. 11, 2018, at Rehmy’s Bar and Lounge on Fourth Avenue. That bar was shut down after the shooting. A sentencing date for Battle has not been announced.
