Authorities are investigating the discovery of a body that was found stuck under a barge in the Ohio River in Marshall County on Wednesday. The barge was one of 15 that was arriving at the Mitchell Plant from Charleston. Workers discovered the male’s body as they separated nine of the 15 barges. The body was sent to the medical examiner’s office for further investigation.
