The Charleston Police Department Criminal Investigation Division (CID) requests the public’s assistance with a current investigation involving copper theft. According to officers, on Nov. 14, someone dismantled an HVAC unit at Appalachian Mini Storage in the 1100 block of Main Street, in an attempt to steal copper.
