A Cabell County man is facing prison time after admitting to possessing nearly 1,000 files depicting child pornography, including pictures and videos. Federal prosecutors said 48-year old Derick Russell Legg of Huntington pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography. Legg used peer-to-peer file sharing programs to receive the files, which included 668 images and 321 videos. Sentencing is scheduled for April 29 when Legg will face five to 20 years in prison and five years up to a lifetime of supervised release along with a $250,000 fine.
