A Huntington woman was cited after a loaded handgun was found in luggage at West Virginia International Yeager Airport. A 9mm handgun loaded with 19 bullets and one in the chamber was found among the woman’s carry-on items at the airport, according to the Transportation Security Administration. The gun was confiscated until police arrived. There have been three firearms found at the airport so far in 2024.
