New hearing granted related to 2009 murder case

The West Virginia Supreme Court says a man serving a lifetime sentence with no chance at parole for murdering his girlfriend at a Charleston Taco Bell will get a hearing in circuit court that he was initially denied by a judge. Desmond Clark pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in 2009 for the death of 19-year old Na’lisha Gravely while she had a protective order against him.
