Boone County man pleads guilty to sexually abusing a minor

A Boone County man accused of sexually abusing minor hundreds of times reached a plea deal and now faces at least 100 years in prison. 49-year old William Craddock of Madison, pleaded guilty to 10 counts of sexual abuse, with each offense carrying a possible penalty of 10 to 20 years in prison along with fines ranging from $500 to $5,000, according to Boone County Circuit Court records. Two alleged victims came forward accusing Craddock of sexual misconduct. Craddock will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life as a result of the plea. A spokesperson with the West Virginia National Guard confirmed that Craddock was a former member of the 130th Airlift Wing in Charleston.
