Progress continues at Pipestem Resort State Park on the new Aerial Tram Project. The new tram will take visitors into the Bluestone Gorge. The Aerial Tram has been around since 1970. The new system will be more efficient with an increased passenger capacity, and it will include a freight car that will be able to transport bikes, kayaks, and equipment down the Bluestone River and Mountain Creek Lodge. Governor Jim Justice visited Pipestem Resort State Park on Monday to get a look at the project, which should be up and running this fall.
