Three parking garages in prime downtown Charleston are going up for auction next month. The three garages host over 4,000 parking spaces and they’ll be auctioned off on June 27. The live auction will be held at the entrance of the Quarrier Street parking garage at noon with registration and inspections beginning at 11 a.m. The auction is being conducted by Joe R. Pyle Complete Auction and Realty Service and bidders can bid separately on the garages, located on Quarrier Street, Lee Street and Washington Street East, or together as a combination. Registration is currently open through the auctioneer’s website.
