A Charleston man was arrested Friday in relation to a shooting that took place in mid-April. Stephen Belcher has been charged with endangerment involving a firearm after he was seen on April 18 on a porch along Washington Street West, firing into a home through a glass door. Belcher faces an additional felony charges for being a person prohibited from carrying a firearm and is being held at South Central Regional Jail on a $2,500 cash only bond.
