The Federal Emergency Management Agency relocated a disaster recovery center for West Virginians affected by April’s severe weather. A center at Winfield’s 911 Center closed Wednesday and the opened at the Christ Temple Church at 2400 Johnstown Road in Huntington the next day.The center will remain open through June 19.
