According to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies are asking area residents to help locate a missing teenager from Kanawha County. Mariya Sperbeck, 17, was last seen leaving her Lucas Hollow Road home in the Rutledge area on June 11 and has intentionally not returned home. The release noted Sperbeck is not believed to be in danger and is likely still in the Kanawha County area. Deputies described Sperbeck as being a white female with blonde hair and brown eyes, 5-foot-4 and weighing about 135 pounds.
