Two Texas residents face charges in the shooting death of a West Virginia woman

Two people have been charged in the shooting death of a West Virginia woman in Texas. 38-year old Jillian Rasnick, of West Virginia was found dead of a gunshot wound on June 15 in Polk County, Texas, according to a news release from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. As a result of the investigation, Christopher Crum and Robin Crum, both of Livingston, Texas, were charged with murder. Deputies believe the shooting was the result of a verbal altercation between Rasnick and the Crums.An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
