One man indicted on charges related to crash that killed a Cabell County teen

A man has been indicted on charges related to a crash that killed a Cabell County teenager earlier this month. According to prosecutors, Joshua Wilson, 23, of Middleport, Ohio, was indicted on charges of driving under the influence causing death and one count of driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury. Police said Wilson was driving a vehicle involved in a three-vehicle crash July 4 on U.S. 60 that killed 17-year-old Braxton Hayden McComas and seriously injured another teenage passenger. Occupants of the third vehicle involved in the crash were uninjured, police said. Wilson is expected to be arraigned sometime next week, prosecutors said.
