Officers are searching for a Kanawha County man with a violent criminal history

Federal officials are requesting the public’s help in locating a Kanawha County man indicted for interfering with commerce by use of violence or threats of violence. 48-year old Tiwan Robert “Quick” Bailey has strong ties to the community of Rand and has multiple family members in Charleston’s West Side, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals service. The news release said Bailey has a violent criminal history and should be considered armed and dangerous. The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to Bailey’s arrest. Bailey is described as being 6-foot-4 andweighing about 250 pounds.
