The Justice family has announced its debt to Beltway Capital has been paid in full and that the auction of the Greenbrier Resort has been canceled. According to a news release, the Justice family said they have satisfied all obligations owed to Beltway Capital following the previously announced settlement between the two companies. The Justice family said they made all required payments well in advance of their due dates in the agreements. Since the payment was made in full the auction of The Greenbrier Resort that was scheduled for October 25, 2024, has been canceled and fully withdrawn.
