Cabell County man involved in a fatal DUI accident enters plea

The Cabell County man accused of driving under the influence in a crash that killed a teenager entered a guilty plea this week. 24-year old Joshua Wilson of Middleport, Ohio, pleaded guilty to charges of DUI causing death and DUI causing serious bodily injury. The accident happened on July 4, at the intersection of Route 60 at Davis Creek Road/Alternate 10 in Barboursville. 17-year-old Cabell Midland student Braxton McComas was killed in the accident. Wilson’s sentencing has been scheduled for Dec. 11, 2024.
