Video captured this week shows a car passing a school bus and narrowly missing a student. The West Virginia Department of Education said it happened Wednesday in Jackson County along Route 2 in Ravenswood Wednesday morning. Two students were getting on the school bus when the vehicle passed the bus and came close to one of the students. A second vehicle stopped for the bus. Education officials urge extra caution around school buses, especially with the end of Daylight Saving time this weekend and shorter daylight hours next week.
