Manna Meal moves to a mobile delivery service

After nearly 50 years, Manna Meal is transitioning from a brick-and-mortar location to a mobile service. The food pantry and meal service agency now needs a new location for their kitchen space along with $300,000 to keep its fleet on the road. Eyewitness News said Manna Meal wants to make sure that its mission of two meals a day, seven days a week does not stop. They’ll continue to search for a permanent location while they serve around 240 meals per day on the West Side. They’re on target to sere almost 260,000 meals this year.
