A man that broke windows at Cabell County courthouse listed in the National Register of Historic Places will serve time in prison. Brian Murray was sentenced this week to one year and four months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release time for injuring U.S. property, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of West Virginia. On March 16, Murray threw rocks at the Sidney L. Christie U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building in Huntington, breaking three windows.
