Two people have been charged after human remains were found in Mason County on Christmas Eve, prosecutors said. Brandon Anthony Harbaugh, 37, and Jodi Lynn Gerlach, 43, have both been charged with concealment of a deceased human body and conspiracy to commit a felony, according to jail records.Prosecutors said the arrests were made after the remains of 65-year-old Michael S. Phalen, of New Haven were found along Broad Run Road in the Letart area.Harbaugh and Gerlach are both being held at Western Regional Jail on $75,000 surety/cash bails.
