Crews responded to a vehicle fire at the St. Albans Water Plant on Tuesday night.
The fire was reported within the secured water plant facility along B Street about 9 p.m., according to the St. Albans Fire Department. Firefighters said they were able to quickly extinguish the fire once getting through the security gate and contained the damage to the primary vehicle with some minor exposure to a second vehicle. No injuries were reported. The cause of the incident is under investigation.
