Marshall University medical group travels to help flood victims in Mingo County

Members of the Thundering Herd are in Mingo County to provide free medical services to flood victims. Physicians from the Marshall Health Network and medical students from the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine are there to provide medical care, distribute supplies and help with cleanup efforts. The Marshall Medical Outreach team plans to establish a mobile health clinic and offer blankets and cleaning supplies for those in need. Emergency service stations have been established at the Williamson Memorial Field House in addition to Mingo Central High School and the Delbarton Opry House.
