West Virginia State Police confirm that a Calhoun County commissioner and teacher has been charged with 50 counts of sexual abuse against a child. They tell Eyewitness News that Jacob Daniel McCumbers was arraigned Saturday. The victim told investigators that the sexual abuse occurred around 50 times over the course of several years. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 2.
