Trick-or-treat times have been announced, and kids will be out in several cities the day before Halloween. Cabell, Kanawha, Wayne, and Mingo Counties have trick-or-treat times on Thursday, October 30 from 6 to 8 pm, along with the cities of Charleston and Huntington. Trick-or-treating will happen on Halloween, October 31, from 6 to 8 pm in Hurricane and Ripley.
