Art lovers and transit riders gathered in Charleston for the 2025 ArtBus reveal at Slack Plaza. Local artist Liz Pavlovic designed this year’s bus, featuring West Virginia cryptids like Mothman, the Flatwoods Monster, and the Grafton Monster. Pavlovic says her colorful design celebrates regional folklore and local culture. The ArtBus, a collaboration between the City of Charleston, Kanawha Valley Regional Transit, and FestivALL, will be on its route through Kanawha County until next October, when a new design will be unveiled.
