State regulators have approved the merger of two Logan County public service districts. Buffalo Creek and Logan County PSDs can combine once Buffalo Creekâs outstanding bonds are transferred to Logan County. The Public Service Commission says Logan County PSD will cover merger expenses. Buffalo Creek, which serves roughly 1,500 water and 1,800 sewer customers, saw its board resign earlier this year. The merger aims to stabilize service and improve management for residents.
