A man has been arrested on multiple charges across two different counties, records said.Anthony Ray Pettry, 37, faces multiple charges in both Kanawha and Cabell counties, with some unrelated to others, according to criminal complaints filed in both Kanawha County Magistrate Court and Cabell County Magistrate Court.
