A portion of Interstate 64 East will reduce to one lane on Monday due to milling and paving. The left lane between mile markers 43 and 45 will be the only lane open starting at 9 a.m., according to a press release from the West Virginia Department of Transportation. WCHS TV said a stop sign will be placed on the St. Albans on-ramp, while the eastbound Nitro exit ramp will remain open. The milling and paving is set to take place on WV Route 25 at the Nitro eastbound approach ramp. The work is expected to take a few hours.
