Two West Virginia casinos have relaunched sports betting just in time for the Super Bowl. Wheeling Island Hotel and Casino, and Mardi Gras Casino and Resort started accepting wagers on Friday. Sports’ betting was put on hold last March when the casinos parent company, Delaware North, terminated a contract with its service provider. They agreed a contract with a new vendor.
