This is the 16th year that Rhonda’s Closet has helped high school girls find their dream prom dress at no cost. Last year Rhonda’s Closet rented 96 prom dresses for free and organizers hope to get shoppers in early this year, before prom season begins. Girls can pick out dresses at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Sissonville on Sundays between 1 and 3 p.m.
