The first lawsuit has been filed in the suspicious deaths at the Clarksburg VA Medical Center. The estate of Vietnam Vet Sergeant Felix McDermott filed the suit against the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. McDermott died from an insulin overdose, and his death has been ruled a homicide. A person of interest was identified in the lawsuit.
