The West Virginia Department of Transportation announced plans to replace a bridge in Putnam County. Beginning today, a short span bridge on Bills Creek Road between County Route 42 and WV 817 near John Amos Power Plant, will be closed and the project is expected to last about two months. Detour routes are Rocky Step Road or Blue Lick Road.
