News Staff West Virginia’s high school graduation rate is up for the third year in a row. Over ninety-percent of the 2021 class will graduate this year. Doddridge County leads the state with a one-hundred-percent graduation rate, while McDowell County has the lowest graduation rate at just over 82-percent.
Governor Justice is expected to sign a bill that allows home delivery of alcohol from bars and restaurants, as well as curbside and carry-out cocktails with a food purchase. It includes third-party delivery services like Grubhub and DoorDash.
