A drunk driver slammed into a South Charleston police cruiser that was responding to a call. The officer wasn’t hurt when the drunk driver ran a red light. Kanawha County Sheriff’s deputies took the suspect into custody.

A West Virginia woman has pleaded guilty in a wire fraud scheme. Lois Brotherton of Charleston entered the plea in federal court to conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
