Man accused of threatning Governor Justice

A Charleston man is accused of making terroristic threats against Governor Justice and his staff. Forty-nine-year-old Steven Long is accused of making a threatening social media post calling for public execution and lynch mob justice.

950 new cases of COVID-19 in WV

There are over 950 new cases of COVID-19 in West Virginia, and fourteen more people have died. There are over 400 people hospitalized with the virus, and the daily positive test rate is over five-and-a-half percent.

Morrisey & Justice at odds over mask mandate

Governor Justice is trading barbs with Attorney General Patrick Morrisey over the new face mask mandate. Morrisey posted on Facebook, that no one is going to jail for not wearing a mask. Justice says it’s disheartening after medical experts have made it clear that wearing a mask works to stop the virus.
