Woman injured in stabbing at Transit Mall

Two people are under arrest following a stabbing at the Transit Mall. A woman stabbed another woman in the back. The victim is in stable condition. The suspect, 40-year-old Tara Dunkle is charged with malicious wounding. Dunkles’ fiancé was also taken into custody on unrelated charges.

Charleston Hosts Naturalization Ceremony

Dozens of people in Charleston became naturalized citizens at a ceremony this week. Nearly 50 U.S. residents are now naturalized U.S. citizens following a special ceremony witnessed by family and friends Monday morning at the Robert C. Byrd Federal Courthouse. Chief U.S. District Judge Thomas Johnson presided over the ceremony.
