News Staff The man who robbed a West Side pharmacy last year has been sentenced to home confinement. Forty-four-year-old Benjamin Lowman gave a Rite Aid employee a note that he had a gun and demanded pain pills. The pharmacy is out of business, so the judge ordered that restitution will go to the crime victim’s compensation fund.
