Officials working on list of “essential” businesses

West Virginia officials are working on list of businesses that are considered essential and would need to stay open during a broader shutdown. Several other states have ordered the closure of all non-life sustaining businesses. Governor Justice says he doesn’t think those steps will be necessary in West Virginia.
