Vehicles Crashes Into a Dunbar Restaurant

Kanawha County dispatchers said one person was taken to the hospital after a vehicle crashed into the Tudor’s Biscuit World in Dunbar Wednesday morning. The restaurant is located in the 1300 block of Fairlawn Avenue. A sign posted said the restaurant was closed Wednesday for repairs.

Emergency Services Levy Passes

The Kanawha County Ambulance Bus and Emergency Services levy passed in Tuesday’s election. Unofficial results show the measure passed by a 16,404 to 4,415 vote. Former Marshall safety Nazeeh Johnson signed a four-year, $3.7 million deal, with the Kansas City Chiefs over the weekend. Johnson attended rookie mini camp and earned a deal with the Chiefs.
