Kanawha County Schools Host PreK Enrollment This Week

Kanawha County Schools announced details about the schedule this week for 2022-2023 free pre-school enrollment. This week’s application fair schedule runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at varying locations. Today the sign-ups happen at Riverside’s Carver Career Center. Boone County Woman Faces Charges After Fire

Boone County deputies said a woman has been charged with attempted murder following a house fire. April Holstein was arrested after a follow-up investigation into a Feb. 25 blaze at a home in the Foster area, according to a Facebook post Monday from the Boone County Sheriff’s Office. Holstein also is charged with first-degree arson.

New River Gorge Train Rides Resume
