Fire claims a life in Cabell County

One person died in a fire in Culloden overnight Thursday. Cabell County dispatch confirmed a body was found at a home on Smith Road after the structure caught fire a little before 2 o’clock Thursday morning. Hope Scholarship will reach more students this fall
