A Charleston man is under arrest for shooting a man on a bicycle as he pedaled away from an ATM. The victim was shot twice in the arm. Twenty-four-year-old Christopher Parson is charged with malicious wounding. Investigators say Parsons had been on meth for three days and was hallucinating when he shot the man.

Police are looking for a missing South Charleston woman. Thirty-two-year-old Megan Forzetting was last seen December 23rd near Thomas Memorial Hospital. She’s known to Michael Criniti, who’s also missing. Forzetting is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds, and has sandy blond hair and blue/gray eyes. Three people are under arrest in connection to catalytic converter thefts in Ashland. Police caught up with the thieves at a Speedway station and found reciprocating saws and two cut out catalytic converters in plain view in the suspect’s vehicle. A man is in critical condition after being hit by a vehicle on MacCorkle Avenue in St. Albans. The man was walking in the slow when one vehicle swerved to miss him, and second car tried to brake, but hit the man. The driver stayed on the scene.

Kanawha County Emergency Management officials are preparing for the possibility of flooding this weekend. Crews are expecting rain and high winds to hit the western and southwestern parts of the county. A flood watch is in effect through Sunday morning with one to two inches of rain possible.
