Flags at Half Staff Honored Former State Treasurer

Gov. Justice ordered all state and U.S. flags to be lowered Wednesday in honor of former state Treasurer John “Larrie” Bailey. Bailey died Friday at age 87. Bailey was elected as treasurer from 1976 to 1984 and again from 1990 to 1996. He also was elected to the state House of Delegates in 1960.
