A man is under arrest in connection to two burglaries in South Hills. Thirty-nine-year-old Jonathan Hall is accused of committing those burglaries on Louden heights Road earlier this week.

Coal-fired power plants’ future up for debate

The Public Service Commission is debating the future of coal fired power plants. Keeping the Mountaineer, Mitchell, and John Amos power plants open past 2028 will require AEP customers to pay the difference. That’s about 48-million-dollars each year. The PSC has until Oct. 13 to make a decision.
