Former state lawmaker Derrick Evans will continue negotiations in his not guilty plea in connection to the January 6th riots at the U.S. Capitol. Lawyers say that more time is necessary to pursue plea negotiations with Evans. The judge agreed to put off further courtroom discussion until November tenth.

WVU expanding mask mandate
