A Logan County man is under arrest for sending sexually explicit videos to a ten-year-old girl. Twenty-two-year-old Robbie Toney admitted to sending eight videos to the girl on Snapchat.
A Beckley man is under arrest for sexually assaulting and killing a woman after her remains were found in a wooded are off New River Drive. She was reported missing last month. Forty-year-old Ronald McClung is facing murder charges.
The Public Service Commission will take another look at a request from Appalachian Power and Wheeling Power to have West Virginia customers pay 48-million-dollars annually for upgrades to the John Amos, Mountaineer, and Mitchell coal-fired generating plants.
